Your dentist reviews your medical and dental history, evaluates your oral health, and takes high-definition digital images. You'll get a clear explanation of what we see and whether any treatment is recommended.
Do you take my dental insurance?
No. Dentistry on the Square does not accept dental insurance or file insurance claims. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit for qualified applicants. Call (352) 775-4515 to talk through treatment and payment options.
Can I fill out paperwork ahead of time?
Yes. Our team can send you the online medical history and privacy forms so your first appointment is mostly about your teeth, not the clipboard.
I split the year between Florida and up north — can that work?
