Yes. Dentistry on the Square welcomes new patients of all ages. You can request an appointment online or call our office at (352) 775-4515 to get started.

Do you accept dental insurance?

No. Dentistry on the Square does not accept dental insurance or file insurance claims. We are a fee-for-service practice and accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit for qualified applicants.

Do you treat dental emergencies?

Yes. If you are experiencing tooth pain, a broken tooth, or another urgent dental issue, please call our office right away so we can guide you on next steps and arrange care as quickly as possible.

What technology do you use?

Our practice uses modern digital radiography and 3D imaging technology to plan crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations with precision and comfort.

We are located at 1064 Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages, FL 32162, serving Lake Sumter Landing and the surrounding communities.

Can a dentist perform Botox treatments?

Dr. Linda Pellosie has expanded training in neuromodulator injections including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin for facial and smile cosmetic concerns and for therapeutic uses such as clenching, grinding, bruxism, and tension headaches.

What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe tooth pain, swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, or trauma to the mouth are all situations where you should call us right away.

What should I do for a knocked-out tooth?

Hold the tooth by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and try to place it back in the socket if possible. Otherwise, store it in milk and call our office immediately.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dentistry on the Square ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://dentistryonthesquare.com. Our approach is deliberately minimal: this website stores no patient accounts, no patient records, and no health information of any kind, and it contains no advertising trackers. Protected health information (PHI) that you share with us as a patient is separately governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in only these ways:

Appointment and contact requests. When you request an appointment, you are sent to our scheduling provider's secure form, which opens in a separate tab. The information you enter there is collected by that provider — not stored by this website. Please do not include detailed health information in general website messages.
Phone and email. If you call (352) 775-4515 or email info@dentistryonthesquare.com, our office receives the contact details and message you choose to share.
Your cookie consent choice. The categories you accept or decline, the policy version, and a random anonymous identifier — so the site remembers your choice and we keep a record that consent was given.
Aggregate analytics — only with your consent. If you enable Analytics, our own first-party system records page paths, general device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop), country, and a random identifier that exists only for the current browser tab. It cannot identify you and cannot link your visits over time.

What this website never collects or stores: names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text in analytics; health or symptom information; your IP address (we don't store it); precise location; a browser fingerprint; or any permanent visitor identifier. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social media pixel, no session recording or heatmaps, and no live chat tool anywhere on this site.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Nothing non-essential loads until you make a choice in the consent banner. Closing or ignoring the banner means "no" — no analytics run and no non-essential storage is written. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and withdrawing erases the non-essential data already stored on your device. Our consent choices are grouped into five categories:

Strictly Necessary — always on; remembers your consent choice and keeps the site secure.
Analytics — our own first-party, aggregate page-view and button-click counts. Off until you opt in.
Functional — embedded extras like the Google map and the patient-review widget. These never load on their own; you tap "Load" on the page or enable the category.

Extra protection on sensitive pages. On pages about treatments, symptoms, appointments, or payment, we go beyond your cookie choice: advertising-category technologies stay off even if you accepted them, ad-click identifiers in links are not captured, and the site you arrived from is not recorded.

3. How We Use Your Information

To schedule, confirm, and provide dental care.
To respond to your questions and requests.
To remember and honor your cookie choices, and to keep a record that consent was given.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages are helpful so we can improve the website (only with consent).
To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations, and to protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal recordkeeping obligations. Website consent logs and aggregate analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics session identifiers are deleted automatically when you close the browser tab, and all non-essential on-device data is erased immediately if you withdraw consent. Patient records created through your care are retained as required by Florida law and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.

5. Third-Party Providers

This website contacts very few outside companies, and none of them load before you make a consent choice:

Cloud hosting and content platform — serves the website, stores site content, keeps the consent log, and secures the private staff console. No patient information is stored there.
Google Maps — the embedded map on our homepage loads only if you tap to load it (or enable Functional cookies). The address and a directions link are always shown regardless.
Vyne Trellis / OperaDDS — our appointment and forms provider. Booking forms open in a separate tab operated by this vendor, and the review-summary widget loads only if you choose to load it.
Fonts — our typefaces are served from our own domain. No request is made to any outside font service.

We have confirmed by a full review of the site's code that the following are not present: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or remarketing tags, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Bing tags, call-tracking scripts, session-recording or heatmap tools, chat widgets, CAPTCHA services, embedded videos, and social media widgets.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because no advertising technology exists on this site, there is nothing to opt out of — but if that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out before any such sharing begins.

7. Your Rights and Choices
