A graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine (2013), Dr. Pellosie brings a personalized, science-driven approach to every visit — with expanded training in cosmetic neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) for both smile aesthetics and TMJ/bruxism relief. Born in Bodø, Norway, she speaks English and Norwegian fluently.
Practice Administrator
A Florida native and graduate of Greater Orlando Dental Assisting School (2014, EFDA & Radiology). Jordian has worked alongside Dr. Pellosie since 2018 and stepped into the Practice Administrator role in 2024, bridging the clinical and administrative sides of patient care. Outside the office she enjoys biking, fishing, and the beach with her daughter Blakely.

Correspondence Coordinator (Admin, part-time)
Originally from Maryland with 25+ years of dental experience as a Certified Dental Assistant (Expanded Functions), Office Manager, and Treatment Coordinator. An A.A.S. in Business Administration from Catonsville Community College and a Villages resident since 2010, Connie joined the team in 2019 and is now semi-retired and enjoying The Villages lifestyle.

Director of First Impressions
A proud U.S. Army veteran with administrative and customer service experience since 1998. Alicia holds Associate's degrees in Health Sciences and Medical Assisting from Sanford-Brown and joined Dr. Pellosie's team in 2018. Away from the office she's exploring Florida with her husband and two children, and weight training six days a week.

Office Hospitality Coordinator
Recently relocated from South Florida, Silvia is thrilled to be part of the team and the community. With over 17 years in dentistry, she truly enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for every step of the way. Married to an Army servicemember, she and her husband have a wonderful daughter who keeps life full and meaningful. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading inspiring books, and starting a garden of her own.
Registered Dental Hygienist
A native Floridian, Denise earned her A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Tallahassee Community College in 2003. She's passionate about educating patients and helping them maintain optimal oral health. In her free time she travels with her husband and lives life to the fullest.

Originally from Michigan, Andrea graduated from Grand Rapids Community College in 2008. She finds the most rewarding part of hygiene to be improving health while building confidence, trust, and friendship with each patient. Outside work she enjoys cooking, yoga, and time with her children.

A native Floridian who has watched The Villages grow into what it is today. A 2017 graduate of AAA School of Dental Assisting, Nija brings joy and laughter to the team and our patients every day. Off the clock she's spending time with her daughters, family, and traveling.
