New patients
What a first visit looks like and what to bring.
Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages. Request an appointment online or call (352) 775-4515.
A comprehensive exam with digital X-rays, an oral cancer screening, and a conversation about what you want from your smile. You leave knowing what is healthy, what is worth watching, and what any recommended treatment would cost.
A photo ID, your medication list, and a note of any existing crowns, bridges, implants, partials or dentures. If you have recent X-rays from another office, bring them or give us the office name and we can request your records.
Often yes. Let us know when you book so we can reserve the time, and we'll confirm after the exam that a cleaning is the right next step.
Insurance, payment and financing
How billing works before treatment is scheduled.
Although we are not in network with any dental plans, we will submit claims to your insurance electronically so you can maximize your out-of-network benefits.
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit for qualified applicants. You receive the cost of treatment before it is scheduled.
CareCredit financing is available for qualified applicants and is commonly used for implants, dentures and full smile treatment. Call (352) 775-4515 and we'll walk through the options for your plan.
Emergencies and urgent problems
What to do when something breaks or hurts.
Severe tooth pain, swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, or trauma to the mouth. Call us right away. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
We do our best to accommodate urgent problems during business hours. Call (352) 775-4515 as early in the day as you can and our team will guide you on next steps.
Keep the crown, don't try to glue it back yourself, and avoid chewing on that side. Bring the crown with you; in many cases it can be re-cemented.
Seasonal residents and existing dental work
Care that fits the part of the year you're in Florida.
Many of our patients split the year between Florida and another state. Call (352) 775-4515 with the dates you'll be here and we'll plan visits and treatment around them.
Yes. Bring whatever information you have about the existing work and we'll evaluate it, explain what we see, and outline options for maintenance or repair.
Give us your previous dentist's name and location and we'll send a records request with your authorization. If X-rays aren't available, we take digital images in office so nothing waits on paperwork.
